Indirect Oceanfront 3BR/2BA-Fabulous Ocean Views! Direct Beach Access

Welcome to Fountainhead II our ***1560 Square ft.*** home away from home in OCEAN CITY!! As part of a complex with only 7 units, you will feel like you are worlds away from all of the hustle and bustle that comes with being in a high-rise. You can walk down 2 flights of steps to your car, which is parked under the unit in the SHADE, or better yet, to the POOL or the OCEAN all without the use of elevators! Enjoy gorgeous Ocean Views from both the living room, dining area and the decks. Imagine having coffee in the morning from our decks or our dining room table and being only steps away from the beach. We have private beach access up a ramp (no streets to walk down or cross), as well as an outdoor sprayer to wash off with after a fun day at the beach!

Our FULLY REMODELED UNIT has a 430 sq foot deck (the longest deck you have ever seen!) with rope hammock swing, patio table and seating for 8, Wireless internet, 3 flat-screen TVs, it's own washer and dryer in the unit, and HUGE rooms! It has Ceramic tile in all the high traffic areas like the second entrance hallway (what we like to call our 'after beach entrance'), kitchen, and bathrooms. For your comfort the bedrooms and living area are carpeted. Our kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving trays, toaster, coffee maker, and a blender. Our dining area has a table that can seat 8 people. Our living room features a 55” HD TV with cable and voice remote. Our Spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, oversized closet, its own bathroom, a 32” HD TV and a separate vanity area with its own mirror/sink, perfect for doing hair and make up. Our spacious middle bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a dresser & lots of closet space. Our Spacious end bedroom has a Queen size bed, a 32” HD TV, a dresser, and lots of closet space.

Check in is at 3pm, Check out is at 10am. Eight pool passes will be provided. WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES & ALSO TO COUPLES AND GROUPS AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD. NO SENIOR WEEKERS OR GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD. SORRY, NO PETS. ***PRICES ARE FIRM AND NO MINI WEEKS IN THE ON SEASON.*** THIS UNIT IS NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. LINENS, SHEETS AND TOWELS, ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Great location for beach access, mostly quiet area, great for adults and kids at the same time. Very large home, well kept and very clean. Plenty of space for cooking and lounging. As long as you can climb two sets of stairs, you found a winner!

This location perfectly fit our needs! The property was clean, spacious, and accessible to amenities and bus line. The information provided by the hosts was detailed and included Ocean City To-dos, which was appreciated. Beach and pool was perfect and the view was wonderful. we highly recommend this unit, it is larger than the photos appear, my grandson loved running up and down the hall, all the rooms are very nicely sized, had have tons of closet space. From the large deck you have beach views and sunset views. It has a well stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies in both kitchen and bathrooms if needed. Great appliances including washer and dryer. The owner met us on the first day and is a lovely lady showing us around the apartment and was always quick to answer any question we had. i can be very picky about places i stay but this one i cant say anything negative about

What a wonderful property! The condo was clean, so well equipped with more than we ever expected, easy walk to the beach, included 8 pool passes for a great outdoor pool, close to food stores, pharmacy, ice cream, candy store, restaurants, everything! And most of all, the property owners/family were so friendly, kind and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely the best VRBO experience I've had. The hosts Neta and Davey Warren were the wonderful to work with. As I have been going to Ocean City close to 18 years this was by far the best place I ever rented. The owners are terrific easy to contact and to make your stay extremely comfortable. There is an excellent view of the ocean as well as the bay on both of the decks. We will definitely be renting this place again. It is 100% fantastic!!!

This was a great location for our GIRLS TRIP. The condo was a perfect, there was every amenity that we needed. The beach is a short walk away....the bedrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was like being at home😊, the living and dining rooms were a good size for us to all be together when needed. There was no need to contact the owner because they shared all of the information that we needed to know about the unit prior to our arrival. We would definitely return for another stay....🏡

Clean and Pristine Family Getaway!

The owners are incredibly responsive, comprehensive, friendly, and helpful. The unit is in a great location and has great views of the ocean. The unit is very cute, the bedrooms were large, and the owners had the place cleaned to perfection when we arrived. Given everything going on we brought our own linens and cleaning supplies, but the owners were kind enough to leave additional cleaning supplies if needed. The living room was a great place for family games to end our days at the beach. It was a perfect getaway for our family and we would absolutely rent this place again in the future! We wish we could stay longer! Thank you guys!!
