The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and granite double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the stunning resort grounds. The private bathroom has granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and also overlooks the resort grounds. We absolutely loved this place and will look into booking again if we travel to Destin. We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers numerous times now and it never disappoints. Having Beach service makes this place. My only complaint and have only noticed on this trip, but I would suggest to cut off the drunks at the poolside bar, when they are being loud, annoying and puking everywhere, its time for them to leave.

Great location and area. Close to good shopping, and restaurants. Unit looked larger from pictures. Little room to move around in dinning, kitchen areas. For the rental price charged, the furniture could be updated and have better water pressure.We did enjoy the large balcony and great view.

dolphin watching paradise

What a magical experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The entire plce was clean, organized, equipped and spacious. Amazing views, including dolphin sightings. Highly recommend spending the money to stay here.

The overall experience was great from check in to location of room. The room was clean and nice but skillets need to be replaced (to scraped up) and washing machine sounds like a plane engine.

The perfect little family vacation spot

We were pleasantly surprised with the condo, it was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was the beach and access to the beach was very easy. It felt safe clean and communication with the management team was on point. The area outside of the condo had various restaurants and things to do. It was easy access to the neighboring areas. All in all I would say we had a great experience and I would definitely go back.

Grandma’s dream come true

We were so pleased with this condo. My grandma is 86 and she wanted to see her great grandsons see the ocean for the first time. She spent every morning on the balcony sipping coffee. We would gladly rent again!

Family Vacation

Family vacation to Destin Easter. Great location, very easy access to the beach. Nice to have three bathrooms when traveling with my 22 year old twin girls, 16 year old son. and wife. We did not rent a car, the Uber service was great. I hope my family can find time to make this trip again and I would stay in this same place.

Girls get away

Spent 3 nights with 3 great friends. Condo was spacious and clean. The beach and pool were awesome and right there! Watched a family of stingrays swimming in the water and even dolphins! Only complaint was that the hairdryer was awful. Bring your own! The place still gets 5 stars in my book! Would stay again!

Exceeded Our Expectations

We loved 1203W! The property was gorgeous and well kept. Our condo was spotless and had high quality mattresses, linens and kitchenware. We could watch the sunrise AND the sunset from our balcony. The staff at Compass Resorts was friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was not heated. There are two pools and at least one should’ve been heated. We’ll go back to that unit anytime!

Beautiful condo

We LOVED our stay at silver beach towers! It’s a beautiful place HUGE !! 3 humongous bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Very clean place. We will definitely be staying there again next year! Only thing that bothered us was the key fob we had for the room and to get in and out from pool and beach. Cards are just more convenient in my opinion. But other than that it was perfect! I was worried about my almost 4 yr old on the balcony bc we was on 12th floor but it was safe ! She loved it! We all did!! (:

Amazing View of the ocean

Property is at an amazing location. So close to the ocean it was convenient and soothing. Condo was well equipped with towels and cleaning supplies. Property has 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis. Friendly neighbors during our stay. We checked in after hours it was pretty dark, I was unaware I had to use my key fob to open the garage and there was no sign. Maybe that might help your stay but other than that the place is perfect.

Wonderful, would change 2 minor details

We were only given 2 trash bags for a week and we are a family that cooks and cleans. We asked for more and weren’t given any. The toilet ran in main bathroom bon stop so the loud train sounding pump would come on randomly waking us from sleep. But other than those two things, it was immaculate, a lot of room, ample kitchen utensils and pans, wonderful balcony for sunsets. The view can not be beat. I would highly recommend, just bring trash bags lol
