Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances, such as an electric stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The bedroom is equipped with a cosy double bed, blackout curtains, and a smart TV. The sofa in the living area can also be used as a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) and provides additional sleeping space.

Upon request, the property can also accommodate up to four people.
