Second home - a dream Keitumer near the salt marshes

At the end of quiet cul de sac Osterweg the generous plot is with old fruit trees, on which the thatched house is located with four apartments. The 'second home' in the first OG combines the comfort of living in the attic with the advantages of a private garden perfect!
The heart of the home is the bright, open living room with a cozy sofa area, dining area and open, friendly kitchen. From here you can access through an open staircase in the 'Chill area' of our children. This bedroom has a double bed and another large sofa area.
On the entrance level, the second cozy bedroom with a double bed. Next door in the bathroom can start with the rainfall shower your holiday.
For breakfast in the sun, reading a newspaper in a beach chair, sunning on the beach chairs or rage You are welcome in our separate, gorgeous mature garden. Your dog will have fun here. For your car is right on the frieze gate have a parking space!
For us, the days are 'second home' the most beautiful and most relaxing! We hope for you too!

Perfekte Wohnung für kleine Familien

Hatten für unsere Zwecke die perfekte Wohnung für eine Woche Sylt gefunden. Die Wohnung bot für uns zu dritt mehr als genug Platz, war sehr sauber und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Örtlicher Bäcker und Edeka gut erreichbar und von Keitum aus konnten wir in alle Ecken von Sylt gut ausschwärmen. Die Vorabinfos und Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr hilfreich und nett so dass alles wie am Schnürchen lief. Können die zweite Heimat sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Ferienwohnung- und hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt. Bad ist ohne Fenster, Lüftung läuft daher immer etwas länger, das hat ein wenig genervt.. aber zumindest gab es eine Abluft. Alles sauber und ordentlich- genug Handtücher und auch in der Küche war alles da. Für meinen Sohn war der obere Bereich ein Traum. 5 Sterne von uns!

Wunderschönes Domizil

Etwas versteckt in Keitum, glücklicherweise damit fernab von Besucherströmen. Dennoch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum oder am Strand. Herrlich eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Perfekt!

Zweite Heimat-Name ist Programm

Wunderschön ruhig gelegenes Objekt mitten in Keitum mit 4 Einheiten umgeben von einem tollen gepflegten Garten mit einem eigenen Bereich für das Apartment mit Strandkorb und Gartenmöbeln. Die Wohnung ist modern und doch liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Insofern passt der Name. Ankommen und wohlfühlen.

Das Haus und die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Bedürfnissen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem Notwendigen., Auch Bücher zur Inspiration und eine Karte der Insel. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm, sie hat an alles gedacht. Es wär ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die zweite Heimat ist wirklich wie eine zweite Heimat, hier fühlt man sich wohl. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, sie ist sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Das Reetdachhaus mit dem Gartenanteil ist wirklich toll. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, von daher super ruhig. Rundum empfehlenswert. Herauszuheben ist die sehr, sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühl.

Sensationelle Unterkunft

Wir waren für einer Woche in der "Zweiten Heimat" in Keitum. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung verspricht nicht zu viel: Die geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung ist beispiellos. Durch die gelungene Aufteilung der Wohnung ist die Wohnung auch und gerade für Familien sehr geeignet. Da wir leider mit dem Wetter nicht viel Glück hatten, haben wir oft auch Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Hierdurch haben wir die Vorzüge der luxuriösen Wohnung genießen können.

Alles war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Kommunikation mit Frau B. war prompt und immer sehr zuvorkommend. Selbst ein von mir zerbrochener Teller wurde von der Vermieterin großzügig nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt - eben "zweite Heimat"!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal zu Gast in der ‚Zweiten Heimat‘ und haben uns erneut sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur wir, auch die Kinder freuen sich das ganze Jahr auf die nächste Reise nach Sylt und Ihr eigenes Chill-Reich im oberen Stock und den tollen Garten! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts, Die Abwicklung - Buchung, Kontakt zur Vermieterin (sehr, sehr freundlich), Zahlungsabwicklung, Schlüsselübergabe - alles perfekt. Wir geben hier die volle Punktzahl und können die ‚Zweite Heimat‘ uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder! Und psssssst....Geheimtipp!!!

Wir können die „Zweite Heimat sehr gut weiter empfehlen! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, da die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und hell und stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Zu Fuss ist man in 20 Min. am Wattenmeer, was wir sehr geschätzt haben (v.a. mit unserem Hund). Auch Bäckereien gibt es in der Nähe. Organisatorisch hat auch alles gut geklappt (Schlüsselübergabe, Infos zur Wohnung). Zu empfehlen ist, für Abends Restaurants sehr früh zu buchen (in der Hochsaison bereits vor dem Urlaub), da viele in Keitum früh ausgebucht sind. Dies gilt auch für das Restaurant „Sansibar“ sowie eine Besichtigung des Leuchtturmes in Hörnum. Da es aber in der Wohnung eine tipptopp ausgestattete Küche gibt, konnten wir sehr gut selbst kochen!
