Are you looking for the perfect spot for a getaway? Our "Family Tides" Beach House is your vacation paradise! A lovely space to unwind and relax. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the Treasure Cost via this clean, sunny house.

We know having high-quality towels, a comfortable mattress, a nice coffee setup, and more can make the difference between a happy guest and a bad experience, and that’s why we offer you the best.

-A Private vacation house; in a very quiet community (Steps from a golf court).
-Private Master Suite with king bed / private bathroom, walk-in shower
-Heated Pool (with Electric Heater and Solar Panels (to mid-80s))
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Two 65-inch TVs/70+ channels (Local News, National News, ESPN, NBA, NFL, Fubo TV, Netflix, and more…)
-Spacious common areas to share with your family.
-We are a short driving distance to the beaches, restaurants, family-friendly activities & Central Vero Beach (only 8-10 minutes).

We have new furniture, mattress and pillow encasements, suitcase holders, and hangers.

We provide towels, hairdryers, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, gel, soap, and spare bathroom necessities).

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, with kitchen appliances and glassware to ensure you have everything you would need to cook a meal.
Dishwasher, toaster, coffee makers (American, Espresso, French press), rice maker, slow cooker, pressure cooker, blender, pots and pans, oven trays, basic kitchen supplies, porcelain dinnerware set, glassware, melamine dinnerware set, and more…

Patio/Backyard
Spend time outside, in our relaxing Heated pool. The patio is perfect for grilling out. Grill and Grilling utensils are provided.
We also have pool toys, chairs, & umbrellas; bikes, and board games for kids and adults.

Laundry Room
You will have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Freshly washed beach towels will be also provided.

We have an age requirement of 21 years or older to book.

We are taking extra precautions in our cleaning in keeping with the COVID-19 guidelines. We have increased the scope of our cleaning at the house to include deep cleaning and disinfecting of ALL areas. We cover the tables, floors, sheets, chairs, shelves, racks, carpets, bedding, mattresses, doorknobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We will be more than happy to try and accommodate any special request, so please don’t be afraid to ask.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Tomy and Lianet’s home. The house was extremely clean, is in a nice quiet neighborhood and was very well appointed. If we come back to Vero Beach area we will stay here again.

Nice property

Host was very courteous and accommodating. Pool area was clean and attractive. House was clean and in order. There is equipment in the garage to use (we didn’t) but it was available. Would recommend this home and we would rent again.

Great pool home

Great house, very attentive owners and a fantastic pool. A well equipped home. WiFi was fast and reliable. The neighborhood had very little traffic which was great for taking our morning walks. Also, theirs was a golf course right next door. A perfect vacation location.

Perfect place for your family

Beautiful house and pool, the perfect place for your family. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the master bath shower was extremely low, maybe just a new shower head would fix the issue, and there we ants in the kitchen that got to our food, after we sprayed we had no more issues. Overall this was a very enjoyable experience and hope to return

Great time!

This property was clean and fully equipped kitchen! I was concern because we had kids comming too but it was absolutely perfect. The pool was a perfect for the kids. Would recomend staying in this property 100% over!

Beautiful home

Beautiful and clean home with nice decor. Quiet neighborhood. Great heated pool (in January). Above and beyond amenities. Short drive to beach. Close to shopping. Minor ant problem that seems like a community wide irritation easily addressed. Very responsive owners.

Wonderful relaxing month

We loved everything about this property. So much so we have already booked it for next year. Aside from being beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and in a great quiet neighborhood, it is well equipped with all of the essentials, including a good supply of soaps, shampoos, paper products and so many unexpected extras. The heated pool and screened area is where we spent a good portion of our time and the pictures don’t quite capture how wonderful the outside space is. We’re so happy we chose this property, a perfect rental all around.

Exactly as Described

We had a month long stay. Everything was exactly as described. The kicthen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location was very convient for Golf, the Beaches and restarants. The pool was awesome and heated, maybe even too warm. The subdivision was very quiet. All of the homes in the neighborhood were well maintained. It felt like being at home, only warmer.

Great for young families

We enjoyed a lovely family vacation at Family Tides. The house is perfect for young families and has all you need for quality family time. The pool is lovely and heated with lots of pool furniture to relax on. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are lovely and soft. The house feels very clean as well which adds an additional layer of comfort when using a rental property. The hosts were very responsive to any queries we had. The house is also very close to a publix and pharmacies etc. Overall we had a great relaxing week.

Outstanding Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Family Tides. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The screened in heated pool and patio were the best part! Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. If you are looking for a quiet location that is close to EVERYTHING then Family Tides is your place. The house it stocked with all the essentials you need and the owners Tomy and Lianet are absolutely wonderful and so very responsive. We only had a few questions during our stay and they responded very quickly. What more could you ask for? If we visit Vero Beach again we will definitely be back at Family Tides.

A great place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our week in Vero Beach. The house offered everything we needed. The pool was decent size, perfect for our grandchildren, but not a lap pool. It was warm, clean and the toys supplied were certainly appreciated. The house is spacious and comfortable,.One suggestion would be to change the mattresses in all but the master bedroom. They were just ok but could be much better. Good neighborhood for biking, running or a late night walk.

Upon entering you can’t help but notice how accurate the pictures on VRBO were, beautiful. I would rent this home again. Unfortunately I have 2 sons that are 6’2” and 6’4” so their feet hung over the ends of beds but that was not first time they have experienced that. Family Tides is Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Family Tides! This home is so nice for a getaway to Vero Beach. The pool is beautiful and plenty big enough with a large patio area and lots of seating. Everyone enjoyed the pool/patio area so much. The bathrooms are beautifully updated and it reminded me of being in a really nice hotel. Tomy and Lianet have thought of just about everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The kitchen is spacious and nicely updated, and they’ve got everything you’ll need to prepare meals, from utensils, plate ware, glassware-it’s all there. And home’s decor is very tasteful and welcoming with a beach theme throughout, creating a warm, relaxing vibe. And the streaming options on all the tv’s is probably the best I have ever seen in a home rental, tons of channels and choices. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept and it’s close to everything in Vero. We will absolutely be returning for another visit-such a beautiful home!

Very nice, clean home with attentive host

House was as described, clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and a lot more. The owners were very quick to respond to a few questions and resolved 1 small thing that came up during our stay in a very short time without inconvenience to us. We were 3 adults down for a few days on personal business, so the heated pool was nice to come back to at the end of the day. There are games, puzzles and some things for younger kids as well. Overall the house and amenities are well though out for a short term rental and unlike some places we have stayed we didn't have to run out multiple times to get a small amount of one thing or the other for our stay.

Relaxing at Family Tides

The house was great! It was in an easy access location and felt very safe for the kids. The 3 and 6 year olds LOVED the house so much they wanted us to stay and never return home. The owners had toys and board games that the kids could play with which really helped on days when it rained. The pool was the major attraction! It was clean and heated! Plus a lot of pool toys to use. We really did not cook at the house as much as we thought would due to all the great places to dine within the area. But kitchen looked well stocked. The pans have seen better days so my wife purchased a pan for cooking there - but we never used it. Frankly, I think it was a plot to purchase new cookware for our home. Overall it was a GREAT house to rent and would do so again! Highly recommend this location!
