Welcome to Rex Rugia House 17, Holiday Rental No. 02—your perfect retreat right by the beach. This modern holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in a spacious 61 m² setting. With two cosy bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families or groups of up to four people.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, ensuring easy access. You’ll find a light-filled living room that flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find modern appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a wide variety of utensils, so you can prepare delicious meals in no time. The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals and cosy evenings together.
After a fulfilling day of holiday by the sea and in nature, it’s time for bed in the evening. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition, both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV (Smart TV).
A special highlight is the private terrace, which, complete with patio furniture, offers an inviting place to enjoy the fresh sea air or simply relax. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. A parking space is, of course, available free of charge in front of the house.

Strandresort Rex Rugia House 17 in the Baltic Sea resort of Lobbe is nestled within an approximately 85,000 m² park-like grounds featuring expansive green spaces. The building, newly constructed in 2025 in the North German style, blends harmoniously into the quiet, natural surroundings.

House 17 features modern and comfortably furnished apartments with two, three, or four rooms. All units feature a balcony or terrace, offering ideal conditions for a relaxing stay near the Baltic Sea.

From April through the end of October, beach chairs are available right on the beach and can be reserved—subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please note that only a limited number are available.

The unspoiled, fine-sand beach stretches for about ten kilometres from Göhren to Thiessow. House 17 is located almost in the middle of this stretch of coastline. A narrow, wooded belt of dunes separates the house from the beach, which is easily accessible via a wide footpath.

Its location in the heart of Mönchgut makes House 17 an ideal starting point for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Gentle hills, vast meadows, sheltered Bodden landscapes, and well-maintained hiking and biking trails characterise this particularly unspoiled region of the island of Rügen. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, wide-open spaces, and an authentic island atmosphere.
