This 70 m² ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet side street in Andernach and accommodates up to 2 guests. The apartment is step-free and has a private, separate entrance as well as a fenced outdoor area.



Inside, you will find a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a modern bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and kettle (in the cupboard above the fridge), plus complete stainless steel kitchenware. A private washing machine is also available for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is provided and suitable for video calls and working from home. Bed linen and towels are included.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, plus a shared covered terrace—perfect for relaxing after a day out.



The apartment is just about 500 m from Andernach’s city center, known as the “Edible City” and home to the world’s tallest cold-water geyser. Nearby attractions include Maria Laach Abbey, the Volcano Park, and excursions along the Ahr, Lahn, and Moselle rivers. Koblenz is also easily reached. Free street parking is available.
