Holiday Home 'Les Pins - Domaine Des Landes' with Shared Pool, Private Covered Terrace and Shared Garden

Located in Lesperon, this independent 22 m² holiday home is perfect for a couple or a small family seeking peace and nature. Set within a fully enclosed one-hectare wooded park, you are just 20 to 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes.



The rental features a bright living area with a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilet.



Bed linen, towels, and children's accessories are not provided by default, but can be rented on request and subject to availability. Baby bed and high chair available on request. A welcome kit is provided: one trash bag, a toilet paper roll, soap, a sponge, and a sachet of multi-purpose dishwashing liquid (tea towel not included). The accommodation must be left clean; otherwise, the cleaning deposit will be withheld.



Shared outdoor spaces

Enjoy a private covered 20 m² terrace with table, chairs, armchair, and charcoal barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared park with forest views, swimming pool (open June to September, 9:30 am to 8:30 pm), table tennis, and pétanque court.
