Located in Lesperon, this independent 22 m² holiday home is perfect for a couple or a small family seeking peace and nature. Set in a fully fenced one-hectare wooded park, it’s only 20–25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes



Comfortable and Well Equipped

The rental includes a bright living area with a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils), a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and separate toilets.



Baby cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability.

A welcome kit is provided: one trash bag, a toilet paper roll, soap, a sponge, and a sachet of multi-purpose dish soap (no tea towel).



Shared outdoor spaces

Enjoy a private covered 20 m² terrace with table, chairs, armchair, and charcoal barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared park with forest views, swimming pool (June to September, 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.), ping-pong table, and pétanque court.
