Luxury Apartment on the beach (Costa del Sol) Puerto de la Duquesa is a beautiful marina located in the municipality of Manilva, halfway between Marbella and Sotogrande, the most westerly port in the province of Malaga. It is the most westerly port in the province of Malaga and with its quiet beaches and pleasant temperatures all year round, it is undoubtedly one of the best ports on the Costa del Sol. The port has 328 moorings ranging from 8 to 20 metres in length. The harbour is equipped with a slipway with a lifting gantry with a capacity of 70 Tm. The harbour is, at present, the centre of greatest tourist activity in the area. It is surrounded by welcoming hotels and residential areas that invite you to spend a good beach, sun and sea holiday. A peaceful place where the Mediterranean light combines in perfect harmony with the pleasure boats and the traditional flavour of the small fishing boats that go out every morning to fish. Manilva is the first village of the province of Malaga on the western coast, bordering the province of Cadiz and already immersed in the Costa del Sol. Manilva's economy was largely based on agriculture and fishing, although it is increasingly based on tourism, thanks to its inland landscape, in addition to one of the largest concentrations of quality golf courses in the world in its immediate surroundings. In this maritime town you can enjoy various activities, including the culture of other civilisations that inhabited the Malaga coastline. You can also enjoy the most varied gastronomic offer: Italian, Asian, Indian, French, Argentinian and, of course, Mediterranean cuisine. The building has two swimming pools, one of them is 5 metres from the terrace, as it is on the ground floor, both the living room and the bedroom are directly overlooking the pool, which is very comfortable. It has free sunbeds for private use. From the second pool you have direct access to the beach and promenade, being also a few meters from the marina of La Duquesa where you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars, cafes and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The flat is fully equipped with quality furniture and all new. It is decorated with great care and attention to detail. It is our holiday flat, it is not just a flat to rent, everything it contains is of quality. It has a fully equipped independent kitchen with views to the pool (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker ... and everything you need for a complete stay). It has air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The flat is located in the urbanization Marina Real, one of the highest quality of those that exist in La Duquesa and one of the few with direct access to the beach and just 100 meters from it. It is also an urbanisation with 24 hour security and underground parking space included in the price. It is a quiet and respectful urbanisation. It is a luxury to enjoy a few days of holidays in this idyllic place called "the secret corner of Andalusia" by all its visitors, especially English citizens, as Gibraltar airport is only 20 minutes away.
In the marina of La Duquesa, there is the possibility of carrying out numerous nautical activities among which are: ◾Boat trips. ◾Sport fishing.
◾In La Duquesa Marina there is a wide range of restaurants of almost every type: Mediterranean cuisine, the best quality fish and seafood, Asian and Mexican restaurants, Indian cuisine and the best Italian food.
After lunch, there is also an excellent ice cream parlour and various places where you can have a drink while listening to good music, often played live. In summer, in the evenings there is a street market in the harbour with a wide range of handicrafts, clothes and accessories.
The port is currently the centre of tourist activity in the area. It is surrounded by cosy hotels and urbanisations that invite you to spend a good beach, sun and sea holiday. It is a peaceful place where the Mediterranean light combines in perfect harmony with the pleasure boats and the traditional flavour of the small fishing boats that go out every morning to fish.
