Lots of space for 4 adults, older home , simple but comfortable, 15-20 minute walk from downtown restaurants, waterfront and pubs. The owner was quick to respond to questions and we were able to get an extra night. Would stay there again if we find ourselves back in St. John’s!

We stayed for 6 weeks at Victor’s property. We had a wonderful time, the house is well appointed and conveniently situated. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and anytime we needed anything the owners were quick to respond. We are looking forward to staying here again. St.john's experience

We had a great stay in St.John's. The house was comfortable and greatly located in the downtown. It was easy to get around the town and leaving for a short trips outside. Highly recommend.
