Its terrace of more than 190 m², facing south, allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening, offering a pleasant setting both indoors and outdoors. From the garden, you have direct access to the sea and the GR34 coastal path, ideal for wonderful hikes along the coast. This single-storey villa offers very spacious and bright rooms, harmoniously arranged, with a separate sleeping area including large comfortable bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms. Its privileged location allows you to walk to the water sports center and its beaches, the diving center, as well as the pier for the island of Sein.
