Welcome to this magnificent 2-room apartment, spanning 48 square metres and boasting an excellent location. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a south-facing balcony accessible from both the living room and the bedroom—an ideal spot to enjoy the sun, perhaps even under the shade of a parasol.

The living area features a comfortable couch that converts into a bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), as well as an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV/radio. The modern kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc., is seamlessly integrated into the living area. The dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.

The bedroom features a double bed with a king-size box-spring mattress (W180 x L200 x H24), and an additional TV provides entertainment. The well-equipped bathroom features a bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, a sink, and a toilet. A guest bathroom is also available.

A parking space in the building’s underground garage ensures convenient parking.
