Located directly on the promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck, Villa Luna enjoys a quiet beachfront setting where Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck merge—centrally located yet away from the bustling centers, nestled between the two famous piers, on the island’s most beautiful stretch of beach. The sophisticated town of Heringsdorf is just as easily accessible on foot as the authentic town of Ahlbeck. Villa Luna, built around 1900 and extensively renovated about 100 years later, is a historic landmark and catches the eye of passersby and onlookers thanks to its facade, richly adorned with numerous stucco elements.

This 46-square-meter one-room apartment on the ground floor is suitable for 2 adults and a child. The combined living room and bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a wardrobe, and two armchairs. A flat-screen TV and stereo system are, of course, included. The adjoining loggia, furnished with a sofa bed (mattress 140 x 200) and two additional armchairs, offers guests an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the promenade. The separate, bright kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen unit featuring a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, etc., and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the balcony. With its northeast-facing orientation, you can enjoy the same beautiful view here as from the loggia. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, and shower. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
