The villa is located in a park-like setting with separate access to the beach promenade. Thanks to its slightly secluded location, you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and quiet.

From here, you can reach the lively town centers of Heringsdorf and Bansin, as well as the piers of both imperial seaside resorts, in about a 15-minute walk. Standing on the promenade with the villa behind you, walk to the right for about 5 minutes to reach the Pinguin ice cream parlour and the Seebär beach snack bar. From there, follow Strandstraße towards the town centre to find more restaurants and bistros. You can take picturesque walks along the idyllic Schloonsee by walking from Maxim-Gorki-Straße in front of the house for about 5 minutes towards Bansin.

Suitable for people with mobility impairments: An lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor directly to your apartment level.

To round out your holiday experience, you can warm up and relax in the communal sauna at “Villa Darja” (on the property, for a fee).

This 80-square-meter, two-room attic apartment is accessible by lift. The spacious living area, with plenty of windows, features a cosy sitting area with a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.—offers plenty of space. A dining area for 6 people is also open-concept and integrated into the living room. From the dining area, you can step out onto the adjoining lake-facing balcony, from which you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea through the pine trees. At the desk, you can write your holiday greetings on postcards. The large bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom, is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and plenty of closet space. A second flat-screen TV is available here for your entertainment. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub and a sink/toilet. From both the bathroom and the kitchen, you can step out onto the smaller east-facing balcony, which gets plenty of sun in the morning. The second bathroom is accessible from the entryway and is equipped with a shower and a sink/toilet. A parking space is available for you on the enclosed property. A storage room for bicycles and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the basement (coin-operated). In the neighbouring building, “Villa Darja,” you’ll find the wellness facilities, including a sauna (coin-operated).
