Beachfront! Quiet location! Large terrace with garden! New! Chic 4-room apartment with veranda and terrace for up to 6 people - with a nice wide view! The apartment is elegantly furnished in the old building style and comfortably equipped. It was completely renovated in 2016 with underfloor heating. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (one is a walk-through bedroom to shower room), living room with modern kitchenette and large flat screen TV and dining area in the porch, 2 shower rooms and an entrance hall with cloakroom. From the porch you can access the furnished terrace and in the front yard. It has a free parking space on the property. A second car park can be rented. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, resulting in a nice view. The apartment is located on the ground floor, about 300m to the beach promenade. is about 8-10 minute walk to the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier. From the glassed-in porch has a beautiful view! The kitchen is equipped with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Two bedrooms are equipped with flat-panel televisions. The access by car is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die große Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und mit 3 Schlafzimmern und den dazugehörigen Bädern komfortabel. Das Haus liegt ruhig
und hat eine ansprechende Terrasse. Fußläufig war man schnell im Strand und im Ort.

Ruhige Urlaubstage
Ideal für kleine Gruppe Erwachsener durch die 3 getrennten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zugehörigem Bad. Für kleine Kinder wegen nicht begrenzter Terrasse nicht günstig. Sehr ruhige Lage. Für den Service müssen leider Punkte abezogen werden, da angemeldeter Reparaturbedarf bezogen auf die Sicherheit der Unterkunft nicht behoben wurde.

Wohnung schön eingerichtet , alles vorhanden , allerdings haben wir nur Frühstück gemacht. Die Lage ist gut, Bahnhof , Bushaltestelle und Meer alles gut erreichbar.
