Come stay at our charming holiday rental complex, Haus Boettcher, located in a quiet residential area in the idyllic Usedom island town of Karlshagen. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the marina on the Peene River are just 10 to 15 minutes away. 

Our complex comprises 4 holiday units, three of which are located at the rear of the building. Holiday Apartment 4 is located on the upper floor of the main building.

Our charming 3-room holiday apartment awaits you; with 87 square metres of space, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old. Thanks to the pull-out recliner and the sofa bed in the living room, an adult and up to 2 children under 12 can also stay here comfortably. The apartment is practically and functionally furnished—perfect for a relaxing holiday with the whole family!

The shared lawn offers a cosy atmosphere and a barbecue area for social evenings. 

For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge—please specify this when booking. Bedding is included in the price; towels can be added upon request. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made, so your holiday can begin right away!

If you’re travelling with your own bicycles, you can park them safely on the property. Please note that the apartments are not heated.

Located on the upper floor of a cosy single-family home, our charming 3-room holiday rental offers 87 square metres of space for up to 4 people and one toddler up to 3 years old. The apartment is practically and functionally furnished—perfect for a relaxing holiday with the whole family!

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, as well as a bright and spacious living room with a cosy seating area that invites you to linger and enjoy each other’s company. Subtle decorative elements evoke the proximity to the beach and the fresh Baltic Sea air that flows in through the large windows. A flat-screen TV and two rocking chairs provide additional comfort.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. A large dining table is perfect for sharing meals, while the well-equipped kitchenette—complete with a hob, refrigerator (without a freezer compartment), microwave, and toaster—leaves nothing to be desired. Your morning coffee or tea is ready in no time thanks to the coffee maker and electric kettle—the perfect start to the day! 

The bathroom, with its sloped ceiling, features a refreshing shower and a toilet. For your convenience, useful supplies such as soap and dish soap are provided.
