Welcome to the “Sanibel” apartment in Travemünde. This lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located in the second row from the Baltic Sea on a quiet residential street, just about 200 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade in Travemünde.
The 46-square-meter “Sanibel” one-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential complex and features a large living and sleeping area, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious spa-style bathroom. The balcony, which gets morning sun and offers a side view of the Baltic Sea, along with an additional 25-square-meter rooftop terrace that stays sunny into the evening hours, round out this beautiful holiday apartment. An underground parking space is available to you free of charge, so you can always find a secure parking spot, even during peak season. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked directly in the complex’s garden. The apartment complex does not have an lift.
The living and sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed that can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed with a sleeping surface of 160x200 cm. For a cosy breakfast, you can use either the large dining table with 4 chairs in the living area or start your day on the sunny, covered balcony. In addition to a spacious closet, the living area features a radio and a television, and of course, this holiday rental also offers high-speed Wi-Fi.
The small kitchen is separated from the living-sleeping area and features a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In the kitchen cabinets, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
The spacious bathroom features a nearly walk-in wellness shower—perfect for unwinding after a sunny day at the Baltic Sea. There is also an additional built-in closet with plenty of storage space, so there’s a place for everything you bring with you.
In the apartment’s hallway, you also have the option of using a fold-out bed measuring 120x200 cm and closing off the hallway with a sliding glass door.
And after a lovely day at the beach or an outing in the charming surrounding area, you can enjoy the red sunset in the evening from your own beach chair on the 25-square-meter rooftop terrace that belongs to the apartment.
The beach and the Travemünde promenade are just about 200 metres away. We also provide you with your own beach chair on the beach, so you can enjoy pleasant hours in the sun even when the weather is cooler or stormy.
The city centre and the pedestrian zone of Travemünde are about a 15-minute walk away via the promenade. There you’ll find numerous boutiques, restaurants, cosy cafés, and great shopping opportunities. The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
In the shared basement, a washing machine, a dryer, and a lockable laundry room for drying clothes are available for a fee.
