Welcome to my charming apartment with a private entrance, ideal for a relaxing break in the idyllic Westerwald. The apartment features a large south-facing balcony and offers access to the shared garden. A highlight is the spacious outdoor pool, available from June to September for a refreshing swim.



Thanks to its central location in the village center, you have direct access to many amenities: on site you will find a hairdresser, a beauty studio, a grocery store, a bakery with café, a traditional butcher, as well as a general practitioner and a dentist. There is also a riding facility in the village. For your culinary needs, a country inn and a cozy pub are available. Anglers can enjoy their hobby at a pond in the neighboring village.



Please note that this is a non-smoking maisonette apartment and is not barrier-free. A parking garage and free Wi-Fi are provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible.



Within just 9 kilometers you can reach the Factory Outlet Center Montabaur, the spa town Nassau an der Lahn, and the historic Bad Ems an der Lahn, where you can relax in a soothing thermal bath. Koblenz, where the Rhine and Moselle meet, is about 25 kilometers away.



Our region offers you the chance to visit three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the historic spa district of Bad Ems, the Roman Limes, and the Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its castles – perfect for a day trip.
