Alles in allem ein unorganisierter und chaotischer Vermieter. In FeWo steht Check in 15Uhr und Checkout 10Uhr. In der Ferienwohnung lag eine Mappe in der stand 16Uhr checkout (auch nach Nachfrage beim Vermieter) und 9Uhr!! Checkout, man solle dann bitte noch die Betten abbeziehen und das Appartement so verlassen wie vorgefunden. Finde ich etwas frech weil 9Uhr ist schon sportlich plus Betten abziehen und putzen(?) Ich meine man zahlt knapp 100 Endreinigung. Dass man es ordentlich hinterlässt ist selbstverständlich aber ich fange nicht an da zu fegen oder saugen, zumal die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig ließ. Das Treppenhaus war maximal verdreckt, die Toilette hatte Urinstein vom feinsten und die Fenster waren so dreckig dass der versprochene Bergblick getrübt wurde. Es hingen irgendwelche Sachen von der Decke im Bad und der Klorollenhalter war abgebrochen (muss schon länger so gewesen sein) auch unhygienisch wenn da jeder das Klopapier mit der Hand abrollen muss und es sich am Waschbecken mit Wasser vollsaugt. Der größte Knaller war aber die Spülmaschine! Da fehlte die front. An sich könnte man denken es ist nur ein optisches Problem aber, man konnte sie nicht ein und ausräumen ohne dass die Tür ständig zugeknallt ist. Was sehr gefährlich sein kann wenn man einen Teller rausholt und einem der komplette untere Korb inklusive Tür entgegenkommt. Das habe ich dem Vermieter auch gemeldet seine Antwort war einfach nur frech! Er hat erst am Tag der Abreise geantwortet.
