Welcome to Villa Heidenreich! Completed in the summer of 2025 and located right on the Baltic Sea, it offers modern comforts and top-notch amenities so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest!

Location

So close to the Baltic Sea... Only the beach promenade separates the new building from the dunes and Scharbeutz Beach. The town centre, with a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is only about 400 metres away and can be reached on foot in five minutes. A group medical practice with a dialysis centre is located right around the corner.

Living

The open and light-filled living and dining area is stylishly designed and cleverly laid out. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and a black granite worktop, leaving nothing to be desired. The couch can be converted into a sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00 metres) in no time at all. From here, you can also step out onto the sunny terrace facing the Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) and a closet with ample storage space for your luggage. The modern, interior bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a toilet. The holiday rental is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached without steps from its own parking space.

Entertainment

Of course, the holiday rental is equipped with Wi-Fi access as well as smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

Design & Style

The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the holiday rental with light, and the materials used emphasise high quality and naturalness. The colour scheme in soft cream tones creates a warm, cosy atmosphere. The rooms can be darkened using electric exterior blinds.

Parking & Bicycles

To save you the trouble of looking for a parking spot during your holiday, there is a reserved parking space on the property. You can park your bicycles at the bike rack next to the house.

House Rules/Pricing Information:
The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years of age and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to enquire about prices. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
