Our vacation rental is centrally located yet quiet in the Staubing neighborhood and invites you to relax and unwind. The surrounding area offers many attractions, such as Weltenburg Abbey, as well as activities like biking, hiking, and swimming in the Danube, at the Keldorado water park, or in various lakes and ponds. The tranquil and historic town of Staubing is centrally located between the Danube, the Altmühl Valley, and the Hallertau region. In about 10 minutes, you can reach the towns of Kelheim and Abensberg, which offer a wide range of cultural and culinary experiences as well as additional shopping opportunities. Regensburg, Ingolstadt, and Landshut are also only about 30 minutes away each and are well worth a visit! Whether you’d like to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, you’ll find something to suit every taste here. Our newly renovated vacation apartment, with 50 m² of living space on the 2nd floor, accommodates 1–5 people. The cozy kitchen-living room with a dining area, sleeper sofa, and flat-screen TV is the perfect place to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker—has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features one bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged together or separately. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large, illuminated mirror rounds out the overall experience. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. A charging station for e-bikes is available. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Payment is made on-site in cash or by bank transfer.
