Our cosy, comfortable holiday rental is nestled within a three-sided farmstead. It’s in a prime location, right next to the Saal outdoor pool and a small stream. A bakery and a pharmacy are just a 2-minute walk away. Additional shopping options and a train station are right in town. Saal has good transport connections, both via public transit and its proximity to the A93 highway. Several bike paths run right past Saal (e.g., the 5-Rivers Bike Trail). The Saal train station is approximately 900 metres from the holiday rental. The rustic entrance area to the holiday rental is fully covered. Equipped with a seating area, you can spend cosy evenings here. On the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen, which opens directly into the living room. You can enjoy breakfast and plan your day at the spacious kitchen table. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy couch and a TV. Here, you can simply unwind after an eventful day. You’ll also find books and games here. There are a total of three bedrooms on the upper floor, which can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 5 adults). You can recharge for the next day in our large, comfortable beds. The exposed roof trusses exude warmth and cosiness. Spacious closets provide plenty of room for your luggage. The windows have screens so you can sleep undisturbed. The largest room contains a 2 m x 2 m double bed, a closet, two nightstands with lamps, and a cot. The front bedroom features a 1.2 m x 2 m bed, a large closet with a chest of drawers, and a nightstand.In another room, you’ll find a bed measuring 1.4 m x 2 m, two dressers, and a nightstand with a lamp, vor.Im n the upper floor, you’ll find the light-filled bathroom. It’s equipped with a large, walk-in shower. A heated towel rack is available. The closets offer ample storage space for your belongings. A washing machine is available for your use. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with radiant floor heating and windows that let in natural light. The remaining balance is due in cash on-site or via instant bank transfer. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please call approximately 2 hours before arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
