This property and location are perfect for a family reunion, sports team, wedding, business retreat, romantic getaway, or golf outing. Large custom open floor plan with large kitchen and dual family rooms will accommodate all of your guests. The five large private bedrooms with four bathroom make this home the ideal location for that large group or gathering. Located on a corner lot in one of Henderson's most quiet tranquil neighborhood. Property has massive cement play area for family/corporate challenge basket ball game. If you are visiting Lake Mead you are 10 minutes to Heneway Harbor and you will feel safe parking your most expensive toys on the 4000sq ft of parking space. If you cant break free from the job, need to send or receive that all important fax, or even print your bording passes sit down in the business center/office and knock it out. Private office comes complete with fax machine, printer, high speed internet and WiFi.

Decorated in the finest taste, the entire home has granite counter tops, high end quality cabinets, tile flooring, plush carpet, shutters, and beautiful high end furniture. We did it right when it comes to stocking the house with all the accessories for your stay to include popcorn poppers, cookware, plates, and silverware. Yes we have stayed at other vacation homes not owned by us and we hated eating off plastic bowls and spoons. You won't find that here!

Watch a movie in the family room, curl up with a book on the covered back patio, play a game of HORSE on the basketball court. How you enjoy your stay is up to you!

Perfect getaway from below zero weather!

This is a great location to enjoy the desert, wonderful walking and biking trails and easy to get anywhere!The home is spacious, a great backyard, BBQ and firepit.Our hosts were very responsive to our one request.We will try to book next year!

Awesome Place for Large group

How! Couldn't ask for a better place for our family. We had 4 adult children, spouses and 3 grandchildren. The place is HuGE. The common areas were big and accommodated different activities. Rooms split between 2 hallways. Will stay against!

Golf Outing

Great house and location. Played golf courses all over Vegas. House was clean, cool, roomy and in an ideal location for golf and to go to the casinos and strip. Really enjoyed the open concept around the kitchen! Made for some great food and fellowship.

Excellent location to boat at Lake Mead

This house is a great size for a couple of families to come out to go boating on Lake Mead. The location is great, and the house is spacious enough for the adults to do their thing and the kids to do theirs. As one other renter said, it does need some TLC. A deep clean and a little paint on the walls would bring it up a notch.

Nice large home in Henderson Nv

The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a pull our couch. The only issues we had is that it could use a little bit of TLC to make it perfect. Location for my family was excellent.

A fantastic stay

We had a wonderful time in this house, which is clean and well appointed. The owner is particularly accommodating and responsive, even buying a new pack-n-play for our use when we inquired whether one was available. The house is perfect for large gatherings with many bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a large living/kitchen area for everyone to congregate. The hot tub also was perfect for a little fun in the sun for young kids. All in all a fantastic stay, with an owner who is top notch. We would definitely come back!

The family & I really enjoyed our stay, this place is now one of my top 5. house is really nice and very spacious, pictures don’t do justice. living room is the perfect hang out area. Overall very cozy and clean. minor cosmetic issues that I’m sure will be fixed in the future like the wall near the garage door and the tricky door knobs. Will definitely book again in the future.

The house was very dirty

We found dirty towels on the bathrooms cabinets All the pillows are dirty. Inside of the kitchen cabinets are messy and dirty. We can’t never use the hot tub. One shower was clogged The house is beautiful but definitely,they need a good house cleaning!

Amazing home!

This is the perfect home for a family. We loved the layout of the home. The only thing I found weird was that the master bathroom area does not lock. The toilet area locks, but if you want privacy for the tub or shower, it was not possible. The lock system was interesting, coming in and out through the garage was a safety hazard for my granddaughter. But if you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood , this is your place to stay. I’m grateful for the quick response every time we had questions.

Beautiful House But Minor Maintenance Issues

The house was very nice and was huge. But there were numerous maintenance issues and communication with the property manager was very slow. The kitchen had a beautiful commercial grade freezer/refrigerator unit, but the refrigerator did not work so we had to us a second refrigerator out in the garage. It surprised me that the regular refrigerator was not fixed and a previous review reported it broke during their stay in July.

Pretty disappointed overall

I would like to start off with the positives. The house size is great. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Now, on to the issues we had to deal with. The house was so dirty!! The bedrooms had the appropriate bedding on the beds, but when we needed extra blankets and sheets for the pull out beds, none was found. The bathrooms were not stocked with enough toilet paper for more than a half of one day. The kitchen floor was sticky, the patio furniture was in dis-array and filthy. The carpet was stained and just gross. The back door does not lock so we couldn't leave our belongings inside without worrying about theft. I tried to communicate with the property owner about toilet paper needs, but was unable to get a response back. I am thoroughly disappointed in this home.

The following was wrong with the house: Locks on front door and side door didn't work properly. One didn't lock at all, the front door didn't open. One bathroom didn't work, wifi was non existent, even though it was offered as an amenity. There was no heat for the home as it was broken. I reached out to the property tmanagement and received no response, the plugs in one bathroom didn't work. We attended a function in this same location 6 months ago and the same things were broken.

Absolutely Perfect!

The owners are amazing to work with and very quick to respond or reply to any questions or concerns. This home was the ideal venue for our recent women's retreat. The layout of the house was perfect, as we hosted 20 women. It never felt small, tight or crowded, the house provided just the right balance of enough personal space that the women could have downtime or quiet time alone without being isolated or far away from the others. There were enough beds for everyone as well as extra blankets and pillows. The atmosphere of the home is very peaceful. It is beautifully decorated and the owners have gone the distance to provide a place that is both warm and inviting. The pictures do it no justice! The decor of the bathrooms with plenty of fresh spa quality towels and toiletries added such a beautiful touch and shows the owners really put great thought into creating a space their guest would love to come back too. The backyard is beautiful. Everyone was well pleased with this home and we would have no trepidation about booking this home again. Thank you again Pete for an amazing experience.

Annual Family Trip

Communication with owner was spotty, always very delayed. Fridge in the kitchen did not work upon arrival, a replacement fridge was delivered the following day and placed in the garage. Very inconvenient. AC in main section of the house had a hard time staying cool. Very low supply of toilet paper and no paper towels, had to ask for paper goods to be replenished. Broken and missing bathroom fixtures and missing knobs on main door handles which made it difficult to secure the home. Very little propane for bbq, had to ask for replacement tank. Very clear that the owner has very little oversight or concern foe his property or the tenants who are paying top dollar to stay there.

We were there for my father’s funeral at Boulder Veteran’s center 12 mins away. This is a nice house that is not taken care of. Carpets need stream cleaning badly. Many things broken could be fixed easily by a handyman. Fridge in kitchen not working you walk very far to the garage fridge put replacement in house NO cornhole as listed NO basketball as listed Broken ping pong paddles Hot tub LED says not serviced for over 100 days(gross) 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed in them not 2 as listed Never got anything about the app to run heat and cameras Bad communication with host. One bathroom had sign that said out of order but it did seem to work. There was TP and garbage bags there but no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee, filters. Just not well appointed compared to all the other rentals we have stayed in. It is a nice location by a large park we went and played pickleball there since none of the games were playable at the house. WiFi is pretty bad as mentioned by others There are 2 twin trundles in the family room next to garage There is a pullout couch in the middle of the living room Extra pillows but no pillow cases. Washing machine but no detergent. Overall it needs a host who cares to repair damage and can write an honest accurate listing. Also a quick trip to Costco for amenities. They did leave a 4 page list of rules and fees they would charge me at the house but they have not offered any refund for all of the things that were not as listed.

This property was designed for large gatherings in mind. We focused on the kitchen and family room being the main areas of the house. There are also great private areas to include the office and billiards room to make an escape from the cares of the world. The bedrooms are oversized with high end furniture. This was to be our retirement home but work took us away for a few years so instead of moving all our furniture we made it available as a vacation rental
