The Space:
The holiday home is characterised by its super location, from which both the beach, the sports harbour and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The location is very quiet, has little traffic and is characterised by detached houses and modern beach villas. With its 120 m² and 4 bedrooms, the beach house offers enough space for up to 10 people. With its modern and tasteful furnishings, it makes you feel at home. The living areas have parquet flooring and both the living room and two bedrooms have a Smart TV. You will also find an infrared sauna, table tennis table and table football in the accommodation. The accommodation is also equipped with a large garden, which is perfect for relaxing and playing, as it offers two covered terraces, a lounge area, a beach chair and a swing. Water sports fans can easily store/store/dry their equipment and can enter the house directly via the cellar entrance to change and shower in full gear or in wet clothes.

Other Things to Note:
The keys are handed over using a key safe. If you have to pay a tourist tax at this accommodation, this is already included in the accommodation price. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €39 per person. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
