Die Ferienunterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und Rückfragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Einzig zu beachten ist wie im Inserat angegeben, die Durchfahrt zum Abstellplatz des Autos. In der Nähe der Unterkunft sind ein Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch ein sehr schön gestalteter Park mit Spielplätzen in der Nähe laden zu einem Spaziergang, insbesondere mit kleineren Kindern, ein. Das Phantasialand und auch die Innenstadt von Köln sind mit dem Auto schnell und gut erreichbar.
