Modern Apartment with fantastic views close to beach and town Casa Castilnovo is a fantastic terraced house built in loft style with unobstructed views to the coast of Africa. The house is very modernly furnished and has a large furnished roof terrace. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and dining area. In front of the house is a terrace with dining table, so you can eat outside. On the first floor is the bedroom with a large double bed and bathroom. Both floors have ceiling-high windows overlooking the 'Prado de Castilnovo' and the sea. Through a hatch you reach the roof terrace, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or sunbathe in the evening. The location is ideal: only a few minutes walk to the beach Los Bateles and to the old town.
There is a private parking space in an underground parking approx. 50m from the house.

Einfach perfekt!!

Wir waren begeistert von der Casa Castilnovo.Tolle Lage.Dach Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar . Ruhige Lage, dennoch sehr nah zur Altstadt. Wohnung auf hohem Niveau eingerichtet.Großer Komfort. Im unteren Bereich die Küche ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr bequemes großes Bett mit angenehmen Sommerdecken und weichen Kissen. Sehr praktisch sind die 2 Duschen, die wir direkt nach dem Strand separat nutzen konnten.Sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Conil und Casa Castilnovo-perfektes Urlaubszeit!

Gute Erholung inklusive

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Aussicht und insbesondere auch die bequemen Möbel der Dachterrasse waren sehr gut. Allerdings muss man für die steile Treppe trittsicher und fit sein. Und es gibt auf der oberen Terrasse keinen Schatten. Einzig die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse im EG befanden wir für recht unbequem - ansonsten war aber wirklich alles tip top. Wir kommen in jedem Fall gern wieder.
