Lugar maravilhoso todos adoraram. Tudo bem próximo mercados, padarias, drogarias e restaurantes e o principal praias. Sr. Everaldo atencioso e prestativo esta de parabéns. Indico a todos que buscam tranquilidade nas ferias.

Fomos recebidos pelo Srº André Luiz, que nos deu todas as orientações e atenção. Condomínio agradável e bem cuidado, com excelente área de lazer. Apto limpo e organizado. Próximo da melhor praia de Salvador e um bom comércio ao redor do Condomínio.

Maravilhosa!

A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, condomínio super tranquilo, seguro, pertinho da praia. Seu Everaldo uma pessoa super gentil e solicito, nos atendeu prontamente, o apartamento muito limpo e confortável. Não tivemos problemas em usar a máquina de roupas que fica no terceiro andar, pois sempre usávamos pela manhã. Conseguimos até fazer um churrasco graças ao seu Everaldo que nos atendeu maravilhosamente, amamos nossa estadia e ano que vem voltaremos com certeza!!

Apesar de não ter feito a vistoria ao entrar e ao sair, considero que foi agradável, mesmo com a intercorrencia que questionaram um móvel danificado, realmente apto só serve para um casal, banheiro com uma pia ruim que molha todo o piso, fogão tb não é dos melhores, a lavandeira está sempre sendo usada por moradores, levamos dias pra conseguir usar, mas ainda sim o Everaldo nos atendeu bem e possui outros aptos melhores, que eu não sabia!

Ótimo relação custo - beneficio

Apt bem localizado, seguro pois fica em condomínio fechado. Perto da praia e com comercio amplo e variado nas proximidades. Proprietário bastante comunicativo e pronto no esclarecimento de duvidas e ajuda.

Parece que estava em minha própria casa. Tudo em seu devido lugar, com todos utensílios domésticos.

Gostei muito da estadia, as crianças amaram os parquinhos e as piscinas. Sensação plena de segurança dentro do condomínio e com toda certeza voltarei.

Que acolhida!!!

Imóvel realmente muito bem localizado. A negociação com o Sr. Everaldo fácil, rápida e super de confiança. Se precisamos de alguma coisa, fomos prontamente atendidos. Supermercado, restaurante, açaí, padaria muito próximos. Muito bom mesmo. Espero poder experimentar os outros imóveis que ele possui em frente ao mar.

Amei a Bahia

Gostei muito da casa é muito confortável, o Sr Everaldo e sua esposa nos deixa bem a vontade, a localização é perto de tudo , fácil acesso ao centro , aeroporto, à praia ,que são lindas por sinal . Valeu muito a pena conhecer a Bahia .

Adorei!!

Adorei o imóvel, ótima localização, segurança privada, próximo de praias, mercados locais, restaurantes e bares. Lindo o condomínio e os donos do imóvel super acessíveis. Recomendo.
