Cozy house, with beautiful swimming pool, barbecue, green area with fruit trees (coconut, cashew, siriguela), 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 3 of them with an additional single bed, all with ceiling fan, 04 of the 5 rooms, also have air conditioning. It also has 3 internal bathrooms and 3 external, balconies, parking for 5 cars, spring, land with 900 square meters. It is furnished, with all kitchen utensils. The voltage of the electric power is 120 volts.

Obs: It is a family environment, only SOM environment is allowed, which does not disturb the neighborhood.
Small events with a maximum of 50 people are allowed during the day, for a fee of R $ 500.00, plus the daily rate of the event.
