About this property

Del Mar Heights Hideway w/ BBQ, Pool access, 5min drive to Beaches, 20min to Zoo

Immaculate property with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. This condo has two bedrooms upstairs. A master bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with 2 beds and a full bathroom. Downstairs has a living room, dining room, and kitchen with a table with seating for 4. A fitness area is right around the corner with a large pool, spa tub, outdoor showers, a tennis court, and workout room. A barbeque is located in the patio area of our condo.

We are only about a 5 minute drive to one of San Diego's best beaches. Less than a mile away is an upscale shopping center that has numerous restaurants as well as a movie theater. This theater, called Cinepolis is one of the nicest movie theater around as it has reclining seats and full food and beverage service.

We are only a mile from the freeway, and 15 minutes to Seaworld, 20 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo, and 20 minutes to LEGOLAND, and Seaworld.
