Welcome to the idyllic, thatched-roof semi-detached home “Mare Frisicum 2,” located right on the dike in St. Peter-Ording. Spanning three levels, this half of the house offers 95 square metres of relaxing living space for up to 6 people. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. The “Ording” beach access point is just a few minutes away by car or bike. The St. Peter-Ording promenade, with its Dünen-Therme spa and pier, is about a 5–10-minute drive away.

Upon entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a warm tiled floor on the ground floor. The living-dining room, with its cosy atmosphere, invites you to relax and features access to the patio and the lovingly landscaped garden. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, while the naturally lit bathroom features a refreshing shower.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, featuring modern appliances such as a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in closets. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom offers a high level of comfort with a spacious shower.

In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds—a children’s paradise complete with toys and children’s furniture.

The furnished patio and the beach chair invite you to relax, while the surrounding garden with its native plants offers peace and relaxation. Bicycles can be stored either next to the house or in the garden shed. Your car can be parked safely in the designated parking space on the property.

A maximum of two pets are allowed in the property.

The house was renovated and modernised in January 2026.
