From this quiet neighborhood, you can reach the town center and lake in 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike, and the beaches in 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car.
The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV with video on demand, washer, dryer, game console, and a dedicated workspace.
Parking is available on the property, and public transport is easily accessible. Events are not permitted. A tennis court is just steps away.
Bike rentals, surf lessons, golf lessons, and boat trips are available for an extra charge.
