Ideally located 200m from the beach and the harbor, our beautiful friendly house bathed in light is a haven of peace.

Park your car and do everything on foot or by bike.

Classified 5 stars by the CDTL and exclusively dedicated to families, its 180m2 have been completely renovated and offer quality services.

Through its complete renovation, everything has been designed with the sole purpose of offering optimal comfort, serenity and proximity.

Lush vegetation, sober and elegant decoration reminiscent of Balinese villas, the living rooms and bedrooms enjoy new and quality equipment.

The living room opens to the outside thanks to the large windows and offers a relaxing light and a way of life in / out.

With its cozy living room equipped with a flat screen (Chrome cast available), its fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, thermomix ....), and its wooden dining room opening onto the pool view terrace, you will spend great moments of conviviality.

The sleeping area has 5 bedrooms: 4 are in the main house (2 bedrooms with beds 160 upstairs with 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in the ground floor also with a shower room. water), the fifth part of an outbuilding (also with bathroom and toilet) allowing the privacy of each.

The terrace is equipped with sunbeds and other fatboys suitable for relaxing launches by the pool heated from May to the end of October (25 ° C).

Superbe location avec un emplacement exceptionnel qui a ravi les petits comme les grands. À 2 min de tout : mer resto glacier…Hébergement conforme à l’annonce et très fonctionnel. Chacun pouvant avoir son secteur (4 couples et 2 enfants de 6 et 4 ans)Petite piscine…  mais pourquoi avoir plus grand quand l’océan est à 2 min!!!J’hésite à être trop favorable dans mes commentaires car je voudrais qu’il reste de la place l’année prochaine car nous y retournerons

Notre séjour dans la maison de vacances a été absolument parfait. La propriétaire était incroyablement chaleureuse, serviable et toujours disponible lorsque nous avions une question – nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis bien conseillés, bienvenus et entre de très bonnes mains.La maison elle-même était d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien entretenue, on voyait tout de suite que l’on attachait ici une grande importance au style, à l’ordre et au bien-être. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée avec nage à contre-courant, ainsi que la place de parking privée directement sur le terrain, ce qui rendait l’arrivée et le déchargement des bagages totalement sereins.Nous recommandons cette maison de vacances sans aucune réserve – tout y est parfait : l’atmosphère, la propreté, l’emplacement et l’hospitalité exceptionnelle.

Parfait pour 10 personnes

La vie s organise dedans dehors autour de la terrasse et de la piscine Tout est parfaitement équipé et pratique Seuls bémols : il n y a que 8 assises extérieures (3+5) alors que la maison est prévue pour 10??? Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et les linges de maison serviettes et draps ne sont pas renouvelés au bout d une semaine ce qui est gênant si il y a des rotations De toutes petites améliorations donc a apporter

Super Stadtvilla!

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Die Villa ist wirklich top ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liegt super zentral, der Pool ist klasse. Die bodentiefen Glastüren der Wohnküche kann man komplett öffnen zur Terrasse mit Pool öffnen, so dass man als große Gruppe sehr gemütlich zugleich, kochen, quatschen und relaxen kann. Alles super! Zudem standen 5 Räder für Ausflüge oder den morgendlichenBäckereieinkauf zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit Nadia/Sylvi war die ganze Zeit erstklassig. Vielen Dank!

We bought this house in ruins because it seduced us by its charm.
We have restored it while maintaining its appearance of fishermen's house, by relooking furniture belonging to this house, as well as family furniture dear to our heart, to which we gave a second life.
