Das Haus befindet sich in in ruhiger Stadtlage auf der Schillerhöhe in unmittelbarer Nähe der dortigen Parkanlage. Es handelt sich um ein helles, großzügiges Wohnhaus mit reichlich Platz.

What makes this property unique

Den Eingangsbereich erreicht man über mehrere Treppenstufen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen und Zugang auf die Terrasse, Küche mit Einbauküche und abgegrenztem Essbereich, Vorratsraum, Gäste-WC.

Im 1. Obergeschoss befinden sich drei große Schlafräume sowie ein kleines Zimmer, zwei Bäder und WC; im renovierten und energetisch sanierten Dachgeschoss gibt es zwei weitere große Schlafräume sowie einen Aufenthaltsbereich.
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die Sauna.

Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man in den schönen Garten. Ein an das Haus angeschlossener Freisitz lädt zum Verweilen und Grillen

Auch das dazugehörige Grundstück lässt durch seine Großzügigkeit keine Wünsche offen. Ob Entspannen, Abhängen oder Platz zum Spielen: Auf 600 Quadratmetern ist alles möglich.
