The condominium has a gym, a large swimming pool integrated with nature, a country-style kitchen and rustic lounge, and a clubhouse, which can be requested for larger parties. Advance booking is required and there is a service fee. The house is located in the Fazenda Condominium, with secure access. To ensure our guests can arrive easily, the electronic front door is protected with a PIN. The PIN will be provided to the guest making the reservation shortly before arrival. For guests arriving before 6 PM, our staff will personally greet them and show them the pool and lighting. For all guests arriving after 6 PM, I or our staff will be available by phone for any questions or concerns. We don't want our guests to lack anything. The eco-friendly house has a photovoltaic system and a solar system. The solar system provides hot water for all showers and the kitchen. The photovoltaic system produces approximately 20 kWh per day. This amount of energy is available free of charge to our guests. Modern inverter air conditioners ensure eco-friendly cooling of the rooms. The costs of electricity and water are charged separately per stay: Electricity: (above 20 kWh/day) 1 kWh = 1.30 reais Water: 1 m³ of water = 22 reais. ***Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on beautiful beaches.
