This 49 m² high-end 2-room apartment accommodates up to four people and combines relaxed living with special amenities for a restful stay.

A real highlight is the covered loggia facing west, bathed in sunshine. Here you can enjoy the mild Baltic Sea climate and soak up the sun well into the evening—whether with a glass of wine, a good book, or simply in peace and quiet.

The apartment is a non-smoking property and features a bright, modern design as well as well-thought-out amenities: underfloor heating, windows with sun-protective glazing, free Wi-Fi, and an open, fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven.

In the living-dining area, you’ll find a cosy double sleeper sofa and a large SMART TV. The separate bedroom offers first-class sleeping comfort with a high-quality box-spring bed. A SMART TV is also available here.

The stylish bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, towel warmer, and underfloor heating—ideal for a pleasant start to the day or a relaxing evening routine. A special highlight is the exclusive wellness area. Please note that the wellness area is closed on Sundays. Look forward to the sauna (Finnish sauna), foot baths, an experience shower, and stylish relaxation areas that invite you to unwind—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or a stroll along the promenade. During opening hours, the spa area is available to you free of charge. If you don’t have a dressing gown with you, you can rent one—as well as sauna towels—for a fee. An lift connects the wellness area to all floors, so you can easily reach your apartment.

On the rooftop, you’ll also find a spacious sun deck with comfortable furnishings—ideal for relaxing or sunbathing during the season. For fitness enthusiasts, the building also features the 1,000 m² Bodybalance Club (external provider), which offers premium-level yoga and fitness training. The quiet location right next to Godewindpark ensures relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, while the lively promenade, cosy cafés, restaurants, and shopping options are just a few minutes away.

The complex also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The accessible holiday complex features a reception area with a lobby and lounge, an underground car park with a free parking space (max. height 2 m), and shared laundry facilities on every floor (for a fee). Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodation—ideal for a holiday with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers the perfect setting for leisurely walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
