Gîte Chaumière De La Butte, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Saint-Lyphard, in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, this authentic 2-star gîte can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. You will find a room for 3 people with a private bathroom, as well as 2 rooms for 2 people sharing a bathroom. One room can be equipped with an extra bed for a young child if needed. On the ground floor, you benefit from an open living area with a well-equipped private kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments. Amenities include private Wi-Fi access, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, and baby bed. Separate toilets are available on each floor.



You will enjoy a private garden and entrance to relax in a peaceful environment, ideally located between the Brière marshes, salt marshes, and the coastline.



Communal parking is available on site.



Bed linen is provided and towel rental is possible for an additional fee. Cleaning must be done before your departure. A traditional flat-bottomed boat is at your disposal to explore the marshes independently.



The site offers direct access to nature: fishing, foraging, walks in the marshes, coastal hikes, as well as visits to the medieval town of Guérande, the bird reserve, and the Saint-Nazaire submarine base.
