Cosy, rustic semi-detached house "Emilie", built in 1870, renovated in 2025, surrounded by trees and meadows. 500 m from the centre of Rövershagen, 15 km from the centre of Rostock, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 400 m2, beautiful garden, parking at the house. Supermarket, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Rövershagen Schule" 220 m, railway station "Rövershagen" 450 m. Golf course (18 hole) 24 km. Nearby attractions: Hansestadt Rostock 15 km, Karls Erdbeerhof 2 km, Boddentherme Ribnitz 15 km. Please note: main road close by.
4-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, partly with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall with Scandinavian wood stove. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: large living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Large terrace 28 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house.
