The detached house has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to four guests, featuring a modern, open-concept layout: The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped—including a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes and silverware. Kitchen utensils and tea towels are also provided, so you won’t have to go without anything.

The light-filled living area invites you to relax and is furnished with a cosy sofa and a dining table. A TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and comfort. While all windows have privacy screens and a smoke detector is installed, you’ll enjoy pleasant tranquility thanks to the rural location. Access to the patio with outdoor furniture gives you the chance to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air and start the day with a cup of coffee or a hearty breakfast outdoors.

Two bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep and offer a total of four sleeping accommodation. The house is perfectly equipped for families with children and even babies, as children are expressly welcome and a playground is available on the property. The accommodation is also ideal for adventure seekers and active holidaymakers: Numerous sports and recreational activities—such as biking, hiking, jogging, as well as water sports, swimming, and water skiing at the nearby lake (just 150 metres away)—ensure a varied stay. Golf enthusiasts will also find a golf course about 5 km away.

Other amenities include free parking and an electric vehicle charging station for your electric car. The house is particularly appealing to pet owners: a maximum of two pets are allowed. The property is strictly non-smoking, and a ban on fireworks ensures a relaxed atmosphere, even around New Year’s.
