This holiday rental is lovingly and modernly furnished and is the only unit in this apartment complex to feature 2 separate bedrooms and 3 small balconies. It is located on the ground floor of the beautiful apartment complex and is laid out as follows: Entrance area with coat closet, bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine; bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, and balcony; living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining table with chairs, sofa set, recliner, and balcony, as well as a second separate bedroom with a practical and comfortable sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) for 2 people, a wardrobe, and a balcony. The apartment faces the spa gardens (sunny side). The bedrooms have exterior blinds. A private parking space is located at the house. There is a shared bicycle storage room in the building, as well as an additional bicycle parking area next to the building. The distance to the water is approximately 80 m as the crow flies and approximately 200 m on foot.
