This 2-room holiday apartment awaits you on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and measures approximately 46 m². The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and offers a beautiful, side view of the sea from the balcony.

The entire apartment is modern and stylishly furnished and is sure to delight you. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a comfortable corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Subtle, indirect lighting gives the entire living area a particularly cosy atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony. The separate bedroom features a bunk bed (each 70x200 cm), an additional flat-screen TV, and can be darkened with curtains. The kitchen is also bright and modernly equipped and even features an oven at a convenient height. A spacious, walk-in shower lends the separate, interior bathroom a truly exclusive feel.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines). Wi-Fi is included.

Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you.
