For families with up to two children, the Julchen holiday home is a highly recommended place to stay. Here, you’ll switch into relaxation mode in no time.

On the ground floor, a small entryway welcomes you. From here, you have direct access to the cosy living room. Just inside the front door, the bathroom is on the left, and on the right is the sauna, which you have all to yourself.

The kitchen area features a dining nook for 4 people.

From the kitchen, you can walk past the cloakroom area directly onto the large terrace. This is where you’ll enjoy all your meals in the summer. A lovely barbecue area is perfect for sitting and dining with the family in the evenings.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and can accommodate up to two children.

Outdoor Area/Location in Town

Next to the barbecue area, you’ll find a large lawn with a swing set in the lovingly landscaped garden.

Haus Julchen is located in a very quiet yet central part of Samtens. All shops for daily needs are nearby. Several restaurants, an ice cream parlour, and many sports facilities are within a 5-minute walk.

Thanks to its rail connection, Samtens is a central and ideal base for exploring Rügen; allowing you to reach Stralsund in just a few minutes and easily visit Binz and all other major tourist destinations before returning to your idyllic accommodation to relax in the evening.
