In the small village of Marleben, this historic half-timbered house offers 400 m² of living space for up to 16 guests, spread across 9 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video conferences, private TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and central heating in all rooms. Additional amenities include a workspace, self check-in, 3 baby cots, 3 high chairs, and 6 bicycles.
The 34,000 m² private garden features many quiet spots, a fire pit, garden fireplace, swimming pond, and play area. Two private, uncovered terraces and a barbecue provide perfect spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation. There is also a shared table tennis table and a playground.
Eight shared parking spaces are available on site. Up to 3 pets are welcome. Events such as birthdays or family gatherings may be celebrated on the property.
The historic house was extensively renovated in 1995. The detached building is located in Marleben, a village with about 20 residents, surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests. The nearby Nemitzer Heide and Elbtalaue are perfect for hiking and nature watching—ideal for family celebrations or group holidays with friends.
