Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich im Schlafzimmer ist „ekelig“. Elektroinstallation tw. abenteuerlich! Fahradabstellraum leider nicht nutzbar! Die Lage mit Meerblick ist allerdings schön.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und hat einen super Ausblick. Aber leider stören die Möwen immer mehr

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und hat einen super Ausblick. Aber leider stören die Möwen immer mehr und daher ist es mit der Sauberkeit der Balkone leider nicht sehr schön. Einigen Leute sollte bewusst sein, das man die Möwen nicht füttern sollte vom Balkon. Die Reinigung des Balkons hat leider zu wünschen gehabt, aber der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war eine Entschädigung. Der Fahrradkeller sollte auch mal überarbeitet werden, da dort keine mitgebrachten Fahrräder mehr reinpassen. Oder man könnte ja uralte Fahrräder mal entsorgen, damit wieder Platz im Keller ist.
