Welcome to our modern “Border Suite” holiday rental at the “Villa am Januspark” on Juist—just a short walk away from the beach promenade. With a cosy living-dining area, two separate bedrooms, and a sunny shared garden, the apartment is ideal for families with children who value comfort and a relaxed atmosphere.

With 71 m² of spacious living area, the apartment can accommodate up to four people. Bright rooms, high-quality furniture in harmonious colours, and nautical accessories turn your holiday home into a cosy retreat for a getaway on the North Sea.

In the beautiful dining area with a view of the garden, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace and start your day. Breakfast, snacks for your outing, or delicious meals can be prepared quickly and easily in the open, modern kitchen, which features a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes.

After a walk on the beach or a day at the beach, the adjoining open living area with a comfortable sofa, recliner, and entertainment electronics invites you to relax: a modern TV, a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio provide entertainment, complemented by a selection of DVDs and CDs.

Two separate and cheerfully furnished bedrooms offer you pleasant places to retreat. Both rooms feature a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a modern TV.

Additional comfort awaits you in the elegant bathroom, which is equipped with, among other things, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a double sink.

Sun and North Sea air are included in your stay with us: In the beautifully landscaped communal garden, complete with garden chairs, a sun lounger, seating areas, and a barbecue area, you can relax completely—a wonderful holiday feeling!

The apartment’s modern and family-friendly amenities are complemented by features such as free Wi-Fi, 3 modern TVs, heated floors, and a safe for your valuables.

A high chair is available for our little guests, and a cot can be added to your reservation.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome here—you’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 2).

The perfect getaway in a central location close to the beach!

The “Villa am Januspark” in the so-called Ostdorf is in a great location, from which many places can be reached quickly and conveniently on foot or by bike.
The gorgeous sandy beach is just a 6-minute walk away. The promenade is right next to the main beach entrance.
You can also quickly reach the idyllic island centre—with its small shops, restaurants, cafés, and the Kurplatz—on foot (about 5 minutes) or by bike.
Its immediate proximity to Januspark ensures relaxing walks in a natural setting. In the park, you’ll also find a small fitness trail with exercise equipment that can be used free of charge.

The Juist National Park Centre, featuring an exciting interactive exhibition on the flora and fauna of Juist, is centrally located and only about an 8-minute walk away.

After a short walk of about 10 to 15 minutes, you’ll reach the harbour, where there’s plenty to see, such as ships arriving and departing, sleek pleasure boats, and the bustling activity of guests arriving and heading back home.
