Spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor of the "Katharina" building in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Centrally located yet quiet. All shops—including Edeka, the butcher shop, and the bakery—are within easy walking distance.
It is approximately 400 metres from Friedrichstr. to the promenade.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2024/2025 and is equipped with underfloor heating. The holiday rental features 2 spacious bedrooms—one of which has an additional walk-in closet—a kitchen with an adjoining dining room, a bathroom with a shower, and a large living room with a double sofa bed.
The bathroom has a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and both a coffee maker and an espresso machine.
The outdoor area, featuring a garden, a beach chair, a grill, 2 parking spaces, and a bike shed, rounds out the amenities.
