Built in 1999, this holiday home in Kölpinsee is situated in a quiet location close to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the magnificent Baltic Sea beach on the sunny island of Usedom.
In addition to beautiful holiday apartments, the house offers parking spaces right on the property, a lockable storage room for your bicycles, and terraces and balconies for your enjoyment.

Welcome to “De gode Stuuv”!
Which means “the cosy living room” in the north.

The two-roomapartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Maria-Gabriele. With its
large balcony and quiet location, it’s perfect for a getaway with family, friends, and
your dog.
In addition to a bedroom with a double bed and TV, the apartment features a
spacious living/dining area with a sleeper sofa (1.80 m x 2 m) as well as a high-quality kitchen.PGJyLz4PGJyLz4The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.

There is a charge of 10€ per day for dogs.

A free parking space, free Wi-Fi, and a lockable storage area
for bicycles round out this apartment.

A small park for walking your dog is just a few steps away.
A dog bed and bowls are available for your four-legged friend.
The swimming beach is only 600 metres away, and the dog beach is 1,000 metres away.

If you don’t feel like making breakfast yourself, you can go just a few metres down the road to the
breakfast restaurant or to “Manu’s Büdel” at the train station .
The small bistro also offers a small selection of regional foods.
The nearest supermarket is located in the neighbouring town of Koserow.
Just 300 metres towards the beach, you’ll find restaurants (reservations recommended), and there’s also a
pizza and snack vending machine near the train station.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
