Amenities include 4 air conditioning units, central heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, fan, and a workspace. For families, there is a high chair and a baby cot. Children up to 15 years stay free. Maximum capacity is 9 guests, including children. If your group does not exceed 9 people, you do not need to add children to your search—you can inform the host via the booking platform after booking.

The villa uses sustainable energy systems. The owner runs a popular local restaurant, offering half board and all-inclusive options. Transfers, cruises, yoga, massages, and trips to Paxos can be arranged for an extra fee. Local experiences include horse riding, hiking, yoga, excursions to Paxos, and access to a private gym.
