Cozy Studio with Private Terrace – Ideal for a Seaside Getaway

Perfect for a getaway for two, this cozy 18 m² studio welcomes you to Cap d'Agde in a peaceful setting just steps from the beach.



Enjoy a functional, comfortable space with a real 140 cm fold-down bed, a bathroom with a fan heater, and a fully equipped private kitchen. You'll also have a TV, a fan, and heating, including an extra heater for cooler evenings. The studio does not have air conditioning; we recommend airing out in the evening and closing the shutters during the hottest hours to keep cool in summer.



The private terrace in the small garden, with both covered and open areas, is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading in the sun, or sharing a barbecue after a day at the beach. About a 15-minute walk away, you'll also find a tennis court for more activities. From May 1 to June 30 and from September 1 to October 31, breakfast is included to help you start your days by the Mediterranean.



You can park outside the residence on Avenue des Lavandières.



Please note the studio is not in the naturist area. On site, to lighten your luggage, you can use equipment such as a parasol, beach bag, beach games, rackets, ball, frisbee, bucket, shovel, beach seats, and more.
