The holiday home is a terraced house and is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The property is located in a residence. Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine.

Location
Lignano Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta are the terraced villas, which are about 1 km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Additional parking is available on the public street.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
