The holiday home, built in 2003, is a terraced house and is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The property is located in a holiday complex. Available for use: terrace and garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. All homes have security doors. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and 1 baby bed, dinette, TV and safe. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Location
Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. Situated in a lovely residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, the terraced villas are approximately 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller cars or one larger car. Additional parking is available on the public street.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
